I've rented a unit at Extra Space for about two years, and it's been a great experience. The facility is always spotless and well kept. You can tell someone takes pride in the place. What prompted this review is Ryan. I recently had an issue I wasn't sure how to resolve, and he stepped in, worked directly with their corporate office on my behalf, and kept me updated the whole way.
