Lauren helped me when I rented my unit as well as 2 years later when I vacated. I never had any problems with billing or reaching someone if I had questions. Unlike other facilities I never had any crazy increases in monthly rent. The facility was always clean and I always appreciated the times that you are allowed to have gate access to your unit. Lauren was great and if I ever need a storage unit again I’ll be back.
