Purchased space online and was provided an online code for entrance and a very good lock with 3 keys. Quick follow up to assure I had arrived and was satisfied
Just barely started renting from them and the whole process was easy as could be. And for what I got, it's worth it in my mind. They even have an app that makes everything super easy
My experience was awesome! Renting my storage unit was quick and easy. The unit itself as well as the facility was clean and well maintained. Ryan the property manager personally called me to check in and ask if I had any questions. The customer service here is A+ and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
The manager and associate were very responsive to every question Inhad. We decided to get a smaller unit than originally anticipated…and they were able to accomodate. Easy checkin/lock process. Highly recommend the Redwood road location. Great staff.
Ryan was very kind to us, moving out!
