Wow, what a great experience! I hate moving but since I need to move my belongings to a different area, I was lucky enough to have Joey to help me. I'm not the best at computer stuff, being a senior citizen leaves some things as clear as mud. Joey was very helpful and waited patiently for me to figure out what I needed to do to complete paperwork over the phone. He was so patient and kind!! E-sign is still confusing to me, but I will not freak out next time I need to use that function. Thank you, Joey, you rock!!
