Renters beware. Once you move out of the unit(s) and clear everything out check that the attendant knows you are moving out. I went inside the office to let him know. But he won’t do a thing to make sure you don’t get another withdrawal out of your bank account. Now I’m dealing with my a charge to my bank; trying to get my money back for a storag unit I empty and gave them notice I was done storing my items 1 1/2 ago. Avoid dealing with an unprofessional irresponsible employee and go somewhere else.

Neil was helping me and was AMAZING at being: accurate, kind, understanding, efficient, and extremely helpful!! I had ordered a climate controlled unit and the person at the call center gave me one that wasn't climate controlled. Neil answered the phone first thing when they opened and knew what to do and how to help me. He immediately knew what had happened and made it right by finding me a unti tight by the door!!
