Apartments have been remodeled look very nice..Quite atmosphere..Donya the Landlord is The graatest she will go above and beyond for her tenants.
Our grandson needed a place to live. Realizing that this was to possibly be his first place on his own, it was kind of scary for him. We met Mrs. Donya the manager, who was very polite and helpful, and she made him feel very comfortable about the possible move while at the same time, juggling questions and giving directions to her staff. I could tell right off that she cares about the tenants in her buildings, and the condition s of the buildings and the grounds. I’ve lived at Towne Square for almost 2 years now. The landlord was very helpful and worked quickly to get me approved and into a unit. I never have any issues with management or neighbors of any kind. I am able to have my pet here and it’s very convenient and close to many restaurants and shopping stores. Any time I have an issue with maintenance they always come very quickly and take care of whatever problem I’m having! The landlord is easy to reach and also handles issues very fast.
