I recently needed guidance while navigating the Owner Portal, and I was fortunate enough to have Robin Scott assist me. Robin demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism, ensuring all my questions were thoroughly answered. She went above and beyond by walking me step-by-step through the necessary processes. By the end of the call, all the edits I needed were successfully completed. Her expertise and approachable demeanor truly made the experience a pleasure.
Quick to point fingers and then crickets when it turns out they also made a mistake, one they should especially own because they are PAID to manage the property. I will wait to see how everything resolves before I name names or take additional action.
I am a condo owner in a property that Towne manages. When they send correspondence or messages on behalf of the board, they are rude and confrontational. Rude, confrontational, or dismissive language escalates tensions and erodes trust. People in the community talk, and unhappiness spreads. My message to condo and homeowners associations looking for property management firms : look for a firm that employs a polite and professional tone with the people in the community. Nobody enjoys being talked down to.
Consistently finds new ways to scam you out of as much money as possible. I will never again do business with this company. Absolutely wretched.
Really disappointed with how incredibly difficult it is to get A) a response when it comes to issues and B) action taken towards solving the issue. It’s been over three weeks, multiple calls and emails trying to get something as simple as a key fob for our community pool. I’ve had my message taken multiple times and then told there is an issue with the pool company and actually making the fobs.
