Have been very disappointed with the condo association and you all at town properties over the past years have had several issues here and for the amount of dues that we pay you all I cannot get a response or any action on any of the issues that I have. The first issue is that I have some type of animal that has burrowed up under my front porchWe've been having groundhog and skunk problems here and I need someone to take care of this issue. Quick to point fingers and then crickets when it turns out they also made a mistake, one they should especially own because they are PAID to manage the property. I will wait to see how everything resolves before I name names or take additional action.

I am a condo owner in a property that Towne manages. When they send correspondence or messages on behalf of the board, they are rude and confrontational. Rude, confrontational, or dismissive language escalates tensions and erodes trust. People in the community talk, and unhappiness spreads. My message to condo and homeowners associations looking for property management firms : look for a firm that employs a polite and professional tone with the people in the community. Nobody enjoys being talked down to.
