If you are looking to buy a property managed by Towne Properties, RUN. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are Inept of handling issues in a professional manner with home owners and a complete disregard for property management teams hired by their home owners to deal with tenants. If I could rate a zero I would! I was told by Mike Towne that the community fence in our back yard will "get done when it gets done" after sitting there for a month and a half without anything being done to it after they tore it down from the hurricane. They also ruined our yard in back and will not replace what they damaged. He told me it is our responsibility.
