All my interactions with Towne Properties have been very professional and helpful. I especially appreciate the help from Michele Zeh at the Woodland Hills property. I recently went through renovations and she was very helpful with answering any questions I had and would always respond quickly if I wasn't able to reach her on the phone.
As a mortgage lender, I work with Towne on multiple occasions throughout the year. While I would probably give a 3 star review due to some people there being very difficult to get any answers from, Melissa Ruete personally turned this into a 5-star review. We had a closing where the only items needed to close were Towne facing items. After getting the run around from the Community Manager who was zero help, Melissa stepped in and saved the day. Thank you so much, Melissa!
Heather Reisinger is a shining star at Towne Properties, amazing at what she does. She returns calls promptly, follows up on everything she says she is going to do, and is kind, pleasant and sweet to talk to. I hope Towne realizes what an asset they have in her. Jeff Forlenza
