By far, the ABSOLUTE WORST property management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have blatantly ignored unsupervised and unattended animals throughout the community the entire 2 years I’ve lived here - major safety concern. You have a better chance of hitting the lottery than getting someone to answer a voice message or replying to an email.
Beyond worthless. No one usually likes their property management company, but this one is awful. Communicatiin to the community is combative, and you have to fight for everything. And, if your community manager is out of office, they have no one to help you.
Is it a contest to see who can be the rudest in your office? Lighten up girls, it's called customer service. I only asked a simple question. The top winners go to the girl answering the phones and Jennifer. Congratulations to both of you.
