I want to let the management of Towne Properties Raleigh know that one of your staff members has been very helpful to me. She is Malissa Evers. I was having problems after problems to register myself on the new Portal for Governors Village. Finally I contacted Melissa and she resolved the problem quickly. I spoke to Estrees Marshall this morning and she helped me register my HOA account with Towne Properties of Falls of the Neuse, Raleigh NC. She was very patient and guided me through the process. I have spoken to her on a few occasions about my HOA account and she has given excellent customer service each time. Thank you and have a blessed and happy New Year.
