Our HOA uses Towne Properties to help with management and it seems that they use the cheapest contractors to complete work orders, leaving homeowners to deal with consequences of poor repairs. Weak shingles from new roofs, holes in siding from lawn care, tree removal without proper assessments.... They work hard to ensure that they only pay for beautification without ownership of work gone bad. They're great until something goes wrong and then they're no where to be found to clean up the mess they made.
