If you have an issue and need assistance, they will give you the run around and tell you someone will contact you soon and then you’ll never heard back! What a waste of money. I’m forced to pay the HOA who provides little to no service to the community and then they will not help me when I need something from them. Must be nice to just collect money from thousands of home owners and provide nothing in return.
Rachel Colwell at Towne Properties in Cincinnati is horrible to work with, she treats her clients like they are idiots, she clearly doesn’t care about serving her clients
I’m not happy. I told her about a leak in my neighbor wall. She told me to talk to them. Why I’m paying so much money for condo fees, so I’m going to do your job. Last year the last owner put a request to fix the fan in the bathroom. It was part of the inspection report and the inspector said that the fan was not working. The HOA denied the repair 3 times why?
They treat their tenants like burdens. The rudest people I have ever met. The landscaping company was stealing our outdoor water and electricity for months. Snow removal is once a year, leaf removal is once a year, and grass trimming is once a year. Their condos are despicable!
