How do you have a complex for seniors and no security? Residents have been asking for working cameras for at least 4 years with no results? Steady upgrades have been made in the building: painting, chairs, cleaning carpet and ect. So many things have happened, that is a safety risk and no one has addressed this concern.
Not only do they not provide anything for the community who pays them, they govern everything you do and will not help you when you need something from them! Good luck getting anyone to return calls or emails.
We are new to our community and have had a number of questions about management of our property. I have had to call Tricia a few times to get clarification of issues and answers to questions. Each time she has been excellent to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and goes the extra mile to be sure I get my answers. I am very glad we moved to a community with this level of property management and communication.
Transitioned to Towne as our management company and couldn’t be more happy. Everything went smooth and now looking forward to interacting with Tricia, our new manager. She, and her team, have been nothing short of outstanding.
