Bad customer service, won’t help with any apartment issues, issued a charge on my account that wasn’t supposed to be there, won’t answer any emails or concerns. Just another greedy landlord corporation

Deontae Burden refused to give me due process over a grass cut warning. I cut the grass the next day and he kept sending me bills 25.00 after I corrected the problem but he ignored it. I asked for an appeal he never gave me one and kept being very rude and disrespectful and referred my questions or concerns to the lawyers. He then put 1200 dollars charge on my ledger balance without telling me for the lawyers he directed me to writing me two letters doing his job for him. We live at Hunters Glen COA, Towne has been our Association Manager for many years. Towne worked with the Board and helped close an insurance claim that took a long time to resolve.
