Terrible stressful experience. They do not keep record/ledger of payment history. They charge fees without explanation or notice. They do not communicate with you about changes and they do not respond to issues in a timely manner. (Salem woods)
I live at Springbrooke Condominium where Jorge Escobar is our property manager. I am also a member of the Board of Directors where I work with Mr. Escobar on budgets, future plans and current issues. Mr. Escobar is EXCELLENT! He is organized, professional and knowledgeable. He responds to emails and uses our constitution to back up his responses. As a property manager he handles tons of complaint phone calls and emails. Some people want only what applies to their own property- but that is simply not how a Condominium works. ... read more
If you read through the reviews, you can see that Erin W posted two years ago that the HOA (Towne Properties) of the homes in Beavercreek does not deem it necessary to plow the streets. Unfortunately, that is still the case. I could not get to my parents home who needed assistance because the association doesn't find it necessary to plow the street that they live on. This HOA (Towne Properties) is very very very terrible. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a home under this association. They increase fees each year but ... read more
