What a terrible company. They don't follow up on anything, they make false accusations, and then hide the staff member who makes those accusations. I think they have a staff of 1 because no matter who you ask to speak to they only give the phone to 1 incompetent lady who isn't even familiar with the problem. They don't take care of their building, and they don't even care!
