Only care about the rent. That’s where their interest ends. Horrible management and getting them to respond to your concerns is next to impossible.
I couldn’t ask for a better management company. They have a live person answer the phone no matter when you call. No recordings. Problems are solved immediately.
This company does do nothing for condo owners. They just collect condo fees and do nothing !!!
