It’s been many years when I lived in another apartment in the Conyers area When my husband pass I had to look for an apartment and I went to many different apartments and I didn’t like none I was on the way to Main Street and happen to pass the the entrance and I met the manager she had an apartment available I saw it and it was very quiet I moved 3 weeks later 2017 and I love it the office personnel is always ready to answer question and the maintenance is always on top I am know fully retired and I will stay here till God ... read more

Towne Pointe is the place you want to be if you want a safe clean friendly environment!!!! We miss living there so much but we think of Ms Carol and Allison often! They are so responsive to any Maintenance needs, Rent Questions they are very helpful. If you are looking for a place to live go HERE!!!!!!
I’m completely blown away by my experience here. I moved in a few months ago and it honestly feels like living in a completely different world in the best way. Carol and Allison have both been amazing. They’re incredibly sweet, always follow up in a timely manner, and have consistently been kind and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. The apartments are also kept very nice and clean. Anytime I’ve had a concern, it was taken care of immediately. I truly love living here and appreciate how well everything is managed.
