Worst pharmacy I ever been to they are very rude And unprofessional
I honestly don’t even know where to start with my experience at Towne Pharmacy in Broussard today. I went to urgent care and was prescribed prednisone and promethazine DM. Since it was getting close to their 6:00 PM closing time, we called ahead to ask when my prescriptions would be ready. I was transferred twice, wasn’t given a clear answer, and the attitude I received over the phone was already unpleasant. I’m from a small town in Florida and when I moved here I used Walgreens pharmacy and they were king and I believe they did their best but would run out of certain medications that I needed which made it every hard for me. So I changed to Towne Pharmacy and they have been a god sent for me, I have not had to wait in my medication and they are extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an amazing pharmacy.
They are absolutely amazing! Very helpful and FAST!
Great gift shop inside. I can always find a gift whether it's birthday, confirmation, and graduation.
