Complete lack of communication. No support when issues arise, will blow smoke up your butt about all the things will do with no actual action at all!! Rented a house with dead bugs all over the home, various things broken and missing. Only provided one key to the home saying it is my responsibility to make copies. Refused to show the house prior to paying them the deposits, applications fees and first months rent then still did not show it. Because of state mandates not allowing social contact, we are not doing interior repairs on the property unless they pose a threat to the tenant or the property. We are sorry this upsets you but further you told us this week that you are on quarantine orders which also prevents us from entering the property. It does not however prevent you from having the grass cut which has clearly upset you based on this post. We have offered to contract with a company to have it done for you, but have not received a response at this time.... read more

We have had Towne Park Properties managing our property since January. They have been fantastic!Their professionalism shines through every step of renting your property. They found tenants quickly. We haven’t had any major incidents with our tenants. Towne Park Properties responds quickly to any and all questions (and I had many). We are thankful we have a company we can fully trust!
I’ve been using Townepark Properies for three years now. I’ve been very impressed with their professionalism and ability to manage and market properties. They’ve done a phenomenal job managing my two properties. And when we got unlucky with tenants who decided they didn’t want to pay rent any more, TPP handled EVERYTHING, including multiple court appearances and document submissions on my behalf.
