The Towne Park Community has been great to me. I have made friends living here, especially with the community at the dog park. At the same time, if I wanted to keep to myself, I have that ability. It’s quiet, the pool/gym are nice, and the office/maintenance team have always been helpful. I have enjoyed the last year here!
I've lived at this apartment complex ever since I moved to NWA 3 years ago, and I’m so glad I chose this place! From the beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond. When I first moved in, my air conditioner went out and Logan from maintenance was not only super kind and helpful, but he even helped me find my cat when she got out — which meant the world to me. Towne Park Apartments is my first time renting and I’m very pleased/ impressed. The management makes sure to tend to each residents need with appropriate time management and resolution. They treat their residents with respect and do their best to bring everyone together as a community with fun monthly events and warm care. Would definitely recommend Towne Park to anyone looking for an excellent apartment complex on the market!!!
Since I moved here Lacy and Bree have be great managers. Always attentive and having little fun things for the tenants. Loved getting breakfast on the go this morning. Bree was out there early! Thank you!
Just moved into the complex and the office staff and maintenance are amazing! They’ve been very welcoming and helped make the moving process go by so smoothly. So happy to call this place home!!
