I rented from Mr. Hall a Towne Park, paid my rent while I resided there. He refused to return my deposit after I moved out. He didn't notify me of any damages or fees, but just kept my deposit. I took him to Small Claims and won, he has yet to pay after the judge awarded me a judgment. He isn't an upstanding business man, but prey on everyday working people that help pay his bills. I wouldn't rent or do business with this man.
