I lived here for 14 months; moved out in October 2025. This was, by far, truly the worst rental experience I've ever experienced in all my 60 years. As soon as I moved in, I had to submit 13 work orders. After 14 months, at the end of my least, not one of my work orders had been attended to. I added a few more works orders during my stay; they weren't attended to either.
