If I could give this apartment a 0, I would. The management does not care about its residents. They seldom answer their phone and they never return calls. Maintenance does not respond timely to requests and when they do, they put "band-aids" on issues instead of getting to the root of the problem. They have no regards to the cleanliness of your home, as they nonchalantly leave their mess behind for residents to clean. The office management in Glen oaks for Towne Oaks are very rude and non caring. I’ve been living at Towne oaks for 17 yrs and since Glen oaks took over management there have been nothing but problems. Also, since the corona virus, they are making us pay our rent online for a $25 fee, this is BS. I signed my lease in October and my bathroom still has not been done, my ceiling fell down in December and they have not come to correct the problem. I will be breaking my lease. Called because my air conditioning went out today. Told someone would be over. Called again at 330, told someone would be here by 6 to fix it. Called at 555, office called already going to voicemail. Bottom line if things are in good condition not a bad place to live, but when something breaks be prepared for it to take multiple days and calls to get things worked out.
