I bought my 2022 CX5 from Towne in November 2022. The sales experience was good, but their service department has gone downhill fast. Almost every time I go in for a simple oil change or tire rotation, I’m the one pointing out issues that should be replaced under warranty, like the rear hatch unlock button that keeps falling out, my loose driver’s seat, or the headlights with excessive water intrusion. Mark is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with. He’s genuine, transparent, and extremely easy to communicate with. Talking to him is always pleasant and refreshing, and I truly appreciated his authenticity throughout the process. Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle through him due to an inventory issue, I have no doubt he would have gotten me an amazing deal. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a car.
