Sales Rep Mark Maloney is so incredibly wonderful! We have stopped at multiple dealerships today and he has been a breath of fresh air! We didn’t pull the trigger today but if we ever do, it’ll be with him! This guy rocks!
Towne did some recall work for my daughter's car. Very fast and professional service. I was texted a video of the completed work. Very happy with thier service.
I came home to find within the week my washer fluid was completely empty, never filled. One of my valve stems is missing. Not the usual service this time ;(
Great experience with my first car at Towne back in 2018. Joe G sold me a super reliable, fairly priced CX-5 that I kept for over six years. A lot of common sense (keep up on oil changes, preventative maintenance), and your car is highly reliable. Fast-forward six years later and I head back to them for a new CX-5 that I can't say enough good things about.
