I had a wonderful experience shopping for a New Mazda CX-30! I worked with Theresa, a very helpful sales woman and Mike the Finance MGR. Everything was seamless and I showed up and left in the vehicle same day. I would certainly recommend a visit to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used Mazda. Bye bye bowtie.

They should close their business already. I went to get a quote on a cx50 where there was only one salesperson working. The receptionist told us to wait because the salesperson has an appointment. But to the very surprise he said to our face he is not going to take care of us because he is going home after the appointment. It was not even near the closing time. I bought my 2022 CX5 from Towne in November 2022. The sales experience was good, but their service department has gone downhill fast. Almost every time I go in for a simple oil change or tire rotation, I’m the one pointing out issues that should be replaced under warranty, like the rear hatch unlock button that keeps falling out, my loose driver’s seat, or the headlights with excessive water intrusion. Mark is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with. He’s genuine, transparent, and extremely easy to communicate with. Talking to him is always pleasant and refreshing, and I truly appreciated his authenticity throughout the process. Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle through him due to an inventory issue, I have no doubt he would have gotten me an amazing deal. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a car.
