Terrible experience. An accounting error on their end forced me to close my business checking account, creating a domino effect that required updating all my linked accounts. No apology or accountability from Marie A. — completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.
Terrible accounting department, my personal information was breached.
This insurance company made a serious error by transposing an account number — and it ended up being mine. They wrongly withdrew $1,000 from my account, forcing me to cancel my business checking, open a new one, reroute all business transactions, and even file a police report. I lost an entire day cleaning up their mistake. As a small business owner, this is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
