Towne agents are the best!
Pam Heary has been very accommodating.
Sad to say but we had been with this agency for 35 years and received top notch service until the agency was sold to Towne Insurance. I asked for a review of my auto policy as it increased $360 a year. I've waited two and half weeks for a response. Needless to say I switched both my Home and Auto to a new agency/insurer and saved my family over $1100 a year and we have increased our coverage and now have an agency again that has that personal touch.
