Explained to them earlier in the year on their customer survey and directly to the service manager and assistant service manager how displeased I was on my 2 very first services at this hyundai dealership on my brand new sonata and have yet to be reached out for a solution. When I was buying the car Ionic 5 2025, I was told that I add a choice of a free Level 2 charger and could pick my contractor or a $400 to $450 charging credit. After buying the car I went to the Hyundai site, no credit option and before sending you the charger you need to do throw a Hyundai contractor that cost $1500 or install solar panel. Will think twice before coming back to your Dealer Ship for a new car. All that for $450. Send multiple Emails and no response. Horrible after sale service, seems like nobody cares after... read more
