I took my car bc some issue with the AC. Even I had no appointment, Courtney listened to my little problem and was able to help me out. I left the dealer in less than one hour. Thank u very much!!
It has been a very frustrating experience I've had with this brand, my wife and I rarely give a bad review, but this time we decided to do it, our vehicle has been being repaired by Hyundai for about 45 days because part of the time they were waiting for a call from the technicians to know what to do. Waited 1 month for an appointment. Car had a brake pump issue which is a major safety issue. The part took 3 days to get delivered. Rather than installing it 3 days later when the part arrived they had to audacity to tell me to return over a month later when the next appointment was available. Any Real mechanic would just hold your vehicle until it is fixed. Do not bring your vehicle here, they are awful and do not care for your safety. 2 month turnaround time on a major safety issue.
Got my car services here and have in the past too. Terry worked on making sure my car was seen and taken care of and answered all my questions. She was very helpful. Will do my work here for now on.
