I would be cautious of this dealer service center and look elsewhere for better pricing or get a second opinion. They charge $95.99 for an oil change that you can typically get for 25% cheaper at another dealer or even cheaper at a private mechanic. When I asked for the cost of an axle replacement they quoted a price ~15% higher than what another Hyundai dealer provided.

Service delays and difficult repairs are never ideal, but Erika has been handling my case with a high level of professionalism. She didn't make me unrealistic promises. Instead, she remained consistently communicative and kept me updated with realistic expectations. Ask for Erika if you're going in for service. She’s a straight shooter who stays on top of her files. She's also very friendly which is a bright spot in an otherwise difficult situation!
