I originally purchased my vehicle from Towne Hyundai, but after moving from Morris County to Monmouth County, I started using a local Hyundai dealership for routine maintenance and oil changes. 2025 Palisades: Water started coming in on the front passenger side saturating the floor mat and carpet. Contacted Hyundai service department in Denville and Wayne, NJ, neither had a loaner car available. Denville referred to it as an emergency and would take it in a day, but could not accommodate with a loaner car for a factory defect that could destroy the carpeting, rust the underbody, and leave an endless mildew smell. I would be cautious of this dealer service center and look elsewhere for better pricing or get a second opinion. They charge $95.99 for an oil change that you can typically get for 25% cheaper at another dealer or even cheaper at a private mechanic. When I asked for the cost of an axle replacement they quoted a price ~15% higher than what another Hyundai dealer provided.
