Absolute slumlords. They have to be the most unprofessional real estate workers in Buffalo. Raising my rent by $100 (10.26% increase) after one year with no improvement is diabolical. I also had them pre-inspect my apartment before move-out, which was an absolute waste of my time since they still robbed me hundreds from my security deposit ("1-2 hours of labor at $75/hr" for having 4 tiny screw holes in the wall). me and my boyfriend just moved in to a towne housing unit. Beautiful home we just had some issues. After all though they did send a service tech out “Nate” he has been amazing i’d always request if you could.
I have had property managers for years but it wasn't until Towne took over that I realized what a good one was like. The maintenance guys are stretched a little thin at times, but Sam just completed a big job in my unit and it's wonderful! It was a needed upgrade and he did a great job. Thanks guys.
