Roaches are out of control. Pest control comes but at this point I think the building is infested. If you don’t mind cockroaches, then this is a great spot. But if you’re like me and are thoroughly disgusted with having cockroaches around, then do not live here

Lived at this place from December 2017-November 2022. Let me tell you about my experience it had a great location. It was a good time during my mid 20s and into 30. But if I had to overall sum up how I felt about this place, it really got annoying towards the end. During my stay, my apartment dealt with bedbugs sometimes rats. And roaches. The apartment management does a good job of bringing pest control, but Maintenance could be better. The floors also are very thin so you will hear movement as if it’s nothing. It's a great area to live . Management has been responsive and professional. The units were cold last year my complaint was addressed and it turned comfortable over night. The wood floors well if you have people walking with heels you will never sleep it sounds like hammering. I in my unit placed runners because I am more considerate than others . Parking is only if its available which means no spot available you still have to pay. Laundry room does not meet my standards of clean ! And there is no sink in the laundry room. D... read more
