Revivalist Era meets Korman Suites circa 1975 meets ghetto fabulous meets ghetto chic and Park Place Barrio critique. Great place to hang your hat and kick up your shoes at the end of your work day or just hooping it up with the homies playing wall ball at the park .
Roaches are out of control. Pest control comes but at this point I think the building is infested. If you don’t mind cockroaches, then this is a great spot. But if you’re like me and are thoroughly disgusted with having cockroaches around, then do not live here

Lived at this place from December 2017-November 2022. Let me tell you about my experience it had a great location. It was a good time during my mid 20s and into 30. But if I had to overall sum up how I felt about this place, it really got annoying towards the end. During my stay, my apartment dealt with bedbugs sometimes rats. And roaches. The apartment management does a good job of bringing pest control, but Maintenance could be better. The floors also are very thin so you will hear movement as if it’s nothing.
