We’ve always had great luck with towne home! We’ve purchased our master bedroom furniture through them years ago and love it! We thought we had an issue with our mattress and they personally came to the house to check it out (no issue either we didn’t set something up correctly and they helped fix it)! Most recently we were in need of box springs and a frame for another bed. They had it in stock! Very nice friendly and helpful!
I was so pleased to find the unexpectedly huge selection available in the store! We had shopped at several other furniture stores in South Bend and Mishawaka before coming to Towne's, and this small town store put the big ones to shame. The service was outstanding, and the prices were very competitive. We left with the perfect recliner today and will definitely be back the next time we have a furniture need.

We purchased a recliner from Towne Home Furnishings last July. We didn't feel it was quite right. It wasn't sturdy. We contacted them, and they in turn, contacted A1 Furnishings out of Indy (Wayne). He came to the house, looked the chair over, and said it was not anything he could fix. We were told to take the recliner (they offered to p/u), back to the store. they told me my bed would be in for christmas and it took till amost feb. i will never recommend them to anyone. there customer service was even bad.
