I have used Towne home care twice. In 2021, my father needed in-home care. His physician provided the names and brochures of home care agencies. I called Towne and was immediately connected with someone who explained how it all worked and provided a number of options. We decided to move forward with an in-home aide. 24 hours later Fred A. appeared on our doorstep. Wish there were more stars to give. They provided such an amazing service from start to finish. I was in a bad situation with a care giver and towne home care promised to send me a care giver within hours. I was able to get rid of the aid I had and Fred arrived within hours. He is a true professional in every sense . He treated my father in law with compassion, respect and dignity. I highly recommend this establishment. My experience was amazing. Thank you 😊

THEY DON’T care about the safety of the employees! Or patients! They will LIE and say whatever to get an employee to agree to a case They don’t send RN’s to do an initial assessment of the client ( multiple clients have told me they never met a RN from Towne ) They don’t send care plans They don’t make sure PPE is available I’ve had multiple patients tell me it’s been times they had a aid scheduled but no one showed up and Towne never reached out to inform them that no one was coming When you call, the staff is confused ever... read more

I have had the pleasure to work with Towne Home Care for 2 years . They helped provide the care mom needed during her time of illness. Every one was kind, professional and courteous. If you have any issues you can call and address your concerns with them. They are always willing to listen and give you guidance when needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
