Everytime i call, i get the voice mail, how is this a pediatric office. Unbelievable.
The Doctors are good but the FRONT DESK STAFF AND NURSES ARE GHETTO, & HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They will argue with you about getting your child an appointment and barely answer phone!! SLOW response times if you leave a message. THEY ARE EVEN WORSE AT THE NEW LOCATION!! STAY AWAY
As i sit here in aching pain after walking up hella stairs juat to reach this office...neither receptionist even spoke or said good morning...if there are more than 6 ppl you will not be able to wait...the sign alone for the building is so tacky you can tell the "Man" just through towne garden pediatrics to thw worst possible destination as possible...cheaper move in a low providence place...no elevators so people with hips like mine or back problems like mine will be in tears like i was when i walked up here about 10 min ag... read more

Every time I call someone pick up and hang up on me. It has never been this much of a hassle to schedule my child an appointment. Hopefully the service has not changed once i finally get a chance to take him in for an appointment
