I really wanted to move to an ecologically responsible auto, found to my surprise that the best car for the money was the Ford C-Max Energi. I test drove and looked around. Terrible Customer Service – Purchased new Ford Focus 4 months ago at Towne Ford in Redwood City CA. After 4000 miles, back tire had blow out on side wall after a small scrape against a curb. Towne Ford was not willing to take care of this issue and instructed us to take tire to Continental to deal with them on warranty. Our customer service experience was very poor.
