A Place that Gives Back! Towne Crier is in the middle of a strip mall. It is a pub/restaurant that has a following for their broasted chicken. My kids loved the broasted chicken, while I thought the chicken strips were from a frozen package and deep fried. The evening that we were there, they were having a fund raiser for a hometown guy with cancer. We were impressed that the Towne Crier was giving back to their community so intimately. We also hope the guy with cancer is having a speedy recovery.

Broasted! We stopped in on a recommendation from a local and were pretty impressed with the famous "broasted chicken" -- fried, but not too greasy. I'd definitely go back.

They have a huge screen TV that seems to always have s... read more
