Very nice, new, and quiet gated apartment complex built in 2008. In-unit washer and dryer and private 1-car garages. The garages are small, designed for compact cars. There will be trouble closing the garage door if park a midsize sedan into the garages. Building quality is subpar, as I can't imagine the condition of the property in 10 years. Management could be better... The property manager is full of lies and the "maintenance" is lazy and half-asses his work. There are always at least a few burnt bulbs in the hallway ligh... read more

Terrible apartments! Lush landscaping? HA! It's virtually all concrete! The manager is awful and lies constantly. Ants everywhere, poor building quality with chunks of the outer wall literally falling off from rain. Garage is way too small. Our shower drain wasn't connected and bath water poured into the apartment below. I called the manager and she told me to "just put a bucket under it"!! It was a Sunday and she didn't want to deal with it! They look ok, but they most certainly are not! STAY AWAY!!! VERY VERY BAD!!
