Our move in was easy and quick thanks to Kristopher and team. We love our unit. These apartments were built in 1989, and they have remained in great upkeep. Soundproofing between units is good! The fireplace being gas and wood is excellent. The dishwasher is a bonus! The neighbors have been friendly. Washer and dryer hookups in unit are a bonus, too. It's a ten minute walk to the downtown square, which is fantastic. Price is good and amenities are nice - the pool looks great!
I've seen owners and thus the apartments change over the past 30 years. What you see is about industry standard for these type apartments. Best wishes to all.
