So far as an applicant, I’m not happy. But I’m homeless and have no choice but to bite the bullet. Getting ahold of the office or any communication is like pulling teeth. Was told the lease price was one thing and then sent another. Theres charges listed as one time payment but then being told it doesn’t apply to me, then why does it say one time payment? Took over 24 hours to get the manager to sign the lease after I did and needed to get gas set up before move in. Lastly apartment posted as ready 7/5 but could not move in ... read more
It’s a great place very modern,I lived there for about 9 months and the place was good like the experience, hats off to kelvin he’s a wonderful person. Recommend to all.
I lived here for around 8 months and had a great experience with April. The apartment I lived in was a bit outdated but they always helped out when I put in a work order. Communication was good, I recommend this complex.
Super nice apartments, had a tour with Deyssy and she was really nice, she explained everything well, really awesome experience.
