Many problems. Lots of bugs, very poor condition of preparing unit, to rent. many repairs were needed. not completed yet
worst apartments ever. they clearly don’t care for their buildings and it shows, just recently moved into a different complex, haven’t even been here a week and they already have pest control curing their buildings. not once in the 10 months i was living here did i see pest control or anyone caring for their buildings but yet was charged every month for pest control??? bs charges every single month and even more bs charges trying to end your lease here, way way better apartments out there for a way better price than these.
the worst apartment you could ever apply to and live please do NOT waste your time or energy with these people. for starters out first issue was that our apartment smelled like cigarettes before we moved in and we let them know and the day of our move in it still smelled that way so we had to take matters into our own hands and buy anything and everything to take the smell away (the smell never went away and stuck onto our clothes). second issue was our oven that we never got to use bc it didn’t work and we also let them kno... read more
So far as an applicant, I’m not happy. But I’m homeless and have no choice but to bite the bullet. Getting ahold of the office or any communication is like pulling teeth. Was told the lease price was one thing and then sent another. Theres charges listed as one time payment but then being told it doesn’t apply to me, then why does it say one time payment? Took over 24 hours to get the manager to sign the lease after I did and needed to get gas set up before move in. Lastly apartment posted as ready 7/5 but could not move in ... read more
It’s a great place very modern,I lived there for about 9 months and the place was good like the experience, hats off to kelvin he’s a wonderful person. Recommend to all.
