Well 1st of all big thanks to Eric for my stay at the suites and I must say that I'm always out in Vegas and was a I need mgm etc in till I found boardwalk suites is jus minutes from the experience (walking distance) and that's just the beginning at the suites I received the best customer service and was not let down at all one thing about it is the room just gorgeous and it's the only room thatadee feel like I was home laundry rooms ,towels,etc also the only room that has a stove with our extra cost I was check up on and al... read more

Where do i begin ..... we arrived to the hotel and there was no toilet paper or towels in our room ..... the supposed manager finally gave us a roll of his from his office about 2 hours later and we never got another roll ..... no phone in the room to call the front desk , no cleaning service ,loud music in the early morning ......the worst hotel in Vegas hands down

I recently stayed here at the boardwalk suites and I would like to say that my experience was nothing less than exceptional. The manager Spencer is attentive and through and the staff has amazing service. I will definitely be staying again.
