My experience with Towne and Country has been a positive one. Their numerous years of experience in the industry enables them to offer guidance in a vast variety of situations and they keep up with new and changing state/federal laws for communities. In reading other reviews, some of which are less than positive, I think it’s very important to keep in mind that there are two sides to every story, especially as people may be struggling to make ends meet and pay fees in a timely manner. I have had the opportunity to live in a condo community under the management of two different companies. I can honestly tell you the difference was like night and day. The owners of Towne and Country have been in the industry for close to 30 years. They are professional, caring, honest, and accessible when and if needed. The best property management company in the area. Good people, great service. I've read reviews that state that they "raise rates". But, the management company is not in charge of rates - the boards of the communities are. I've read that they are overbearing. The community boards set the policies while the management company enforces them. As president of a board for a community that is managed by T&C, I can only say that they have been a huge asset that we will keep as a partner long into the future.

There is an obvious lack of leadership that trickles down to their employees. They simply do not return phone calls, it's been (4) business days without a response. Their "emergency" contact seems like she is bothered when you call, which makes an "emergency" call pointless. The property manager does not know when to obtain permits for work which then has to be redone at the expense of the budget. I highly recommend looking at a different management company if you're in the market for one...
