While the owner is a nice guy, the staff have created a very dangerous situation at my condo. By leaving pots of plants outside my gate blocking my access, when I went to walk the puppy next door, I fell over the plants damaging my spine and tearing my right shoulder rotator cuff. The HOA was notified within 10 minutes of it occurring, not one person on his staff has reached out to see if I was OK or even took steps to ensure it would never happen again.
