I had 1st appointment with town and county eye care excellent service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! The Dr answered all my questions. Very nice experience looking forward to seeing them next year!
I called late in the day with a eye emergency. Everyone one there was quick, kind and professional. Dr. Vadas spent considerable time with me, explaining what happened and how to deal with it. Better than 5 stars, in every way!
Accidentally leaned on my glasses today, popping out the lens and bending the frame. Stopped in to Towne & Country Eyecare without an appointment and walked out 15 minutes later with glasses like new at no charge. That's outstanding customer service! So glad I switched to them.
Very pleasant. Everyone is both professional and friendly. I feel very confident that I am well taken care of.
