I lived here for 2 years and have had nothing but a positive experience renting here. It is quiet and the neighbors are very pleasant and respectful. Management here is excellent about getting back to their tenants and resolving any issues they may have. If you are looking for a place to rent in the Lima/Elida area I would highly recommend this place.
Property manager is incompetent. Had no AC for a month and was told that she couldn’t schedule a contractor to come fix it. When every other unit got new AC units. Mine was the only one not to receive one
