don't board your pet here I used this clinic to board my pug here a few years ago. Apparently, in the upper level there was no air conditioning or windows. This is where my pet stayed while we were on vacation. On one of the hot days, our beloved pug overheated and passed away. Her temperature was 109 degrees when a staff member found her. The doctors told us it was some kind of underlying problem, but how can anyone believe this when it was scorching hot in the upper level of a cape-cod style building.
It depends on which vet you see! We have been taking our dogs to Towne & Country Animal Hospital for the past 8 months. Our first visit was an evening emergency visit to check our dachshund regarding a back problem. We have been returning since then. This facility is new and absolutely beautiful. The diagnostic equipment seems to be up to date, and the waiting room is spacious and comfortable. Some of the receptionists are friendly and patient, others seem young and inmature. The wait time is very frustrating, and we typical... read more
WAY TOO OVERPRICED This clinic is priced so high. It seems silly to have to pay so much just for the office call and then all of the overpriced charges for everthing. Although the staff was very nice. PROS: The staff was very nice. CONS: The extremely high prices.
Expensive but very nice staff The staff here are very nice and obviously love animals. The facilities look very clean. They are also open 24 hours in case of emergencies. All of this definitely comes at a price however.
One of the Best, if not THE best Towne & Country Animal Hospital is a very compassionate establishment. They are open 24 hours a day and are the best. When our little cat was dying, they even made a house call to euthenize her, rare to find in these days. Their prices also are very reasonable. If one ever had an emergency, that's the place to go. They CARE about our sweet precious pets and their service is the BEST, won't go anywhere else. PROS: 100 percent - Prices, attitude, expertise, could go on and on CONS: None
Great vets I took my cat here for an emergency visit that eventually turned into my pet being put down to avoid further suffering. The vets and tech staff were wonderful. The facilities very clean. I was once snapped at by a girl who answered the telephone which really upset me given the current circumstances and declining health of my pet. But the vets are who really matter, and they were great! PROS: Great vets and techs. CONS: Rude receptionist.
