They helped us immediately with our dog when she had a allergic reaction at 230 am. They were so professional and helpful I couldn’t be more grateful they were open and able to take her in, thank you all SO much �
For a while, I had great things to say about Towne and Country, but recently, my cat was very sick and tests were not helping with a diagnosis. I needed to get him to a specialist before he wasted away. He was losing too much weight to survive much longer. I tried for three days to get a vet at the office to call me to discuss his problems and a possible referral. No one would call me back. I wrote a letter to the owners of the clinic and got no reply. I love this place! Very helpful, obvious that they truly care about our pets and very reasonably priced. This is the second time I have taken our dog to see them due to a regular occurring back problem. Very patient, very attentive to both our dog and us. Thanks for your professionalism.
One of my hardest days was putting my dog Jo down & not only was everyone at Towne & Country amazing to us during that difficult day - but I got a card in the mail that everyone signed. Thank you for being so wonderful & caring about your clientele so much!
