Recently my wife stopped using Town Cleaners because they would not accept responsibility for a rain coat damaged in dry cleaning. It had been dry cleaned several times before at other dry cleaners. Because it is close to where I live I disregarded my wife's suggestion not to use Town Cleaners when I wanted a leather cap dyed to match faded colors. When I picked up the cap I noticed they had cracked the plastic inside the leather visor. They would not accept responsibility.
