Drove 1 1/2 hrs to see this jeep. Was not informed prior to coming that the paint on all four doors and hinges was bubbled. Lack of communication between the internet sales and floor sales is obviously non-existent because I was contacted three more times by different sales people 2-3 days later about if I would like to set up an appointment to see the jeep I will say Kevin and Tyler were professional, but Sales Manager Dave and others were not. Would not recommend this dealership
Loved the car. It was in great shape.
The staff was willing to work with us on the pricing of the Jeep. They were very helpful. They added running boards and a full tank of gas. A great place to buy a vehicle.

After conversing with Twins all week I planned a 2 1/2 hour drive to their business for a scheduled test drive at 10am on Thursday My sales rep assured me she would let me know if anyone was interested in the car Wednesday evening I got cash, all of my documentation and a cashiers check for this purchase. A very positive experience! The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and responsive.
I reached out to the dealer twice but did not receive a response.
I ultimately walked away from a deal due to a combination of undisclosed cosmetic issues and a few things that felt slightly less than professional. On our first visit we were told the vehicle would be ready for a full test drive - it wasn't. It set a tone. We were told their team had thoroughly gone through the vehicle. When we asked about two Carfax accidents they were dismissed as minor and resolved.
