Cancelled the warranty I bought for my truck 4 months ago and was supposed to receive a pro rated refund 3 months ago and never received it and now they are making it very difficult to get ahold of them to see what the hold up is. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I can’t say thank you enough to Jack!! I strolled into the dealership with my children and he listened to everything we wanted and needed. When I wasn’t sure, he went above and beyond to help us! I know he’s not my dad, but my dads name is also jack, and though my fathers no longer here.. jack made me feel like he was sitting right there guiding us!! He wanted safety and comfort for us, which is what my dad would have wanted... Thank you for all your help! Thank you for your kindness!! We are very excited for our new van!!

Poor communication with costumer I send a message early in the morning at 7:00am asking about a car warranty they open at 9:00am they respond at 11:14am asking me how can I help you I respond around 12 because I was working and I still waiting for answer so they sold the car I was interested of course with that speed ???
