As usual Greg Sisti and all the members of Towne Chevy Gowanda were friendly, helpful, informative and kind to us with our new purchase. Kudos to these fantastic employees. Have been and will always be loyal customers to Towne Chevy.
Brought my 2023 gmc Sierra in as it was diagnosed with a bad sensor my extended warranty said it was covered under the power train warranty. I brought it in a week earlier the service technician felt they could get in earlier than my 10am appt on 12th. They did not in fact when I called at 3pm they had not looked at it. I will not be buying or servicing my cars there. Very poor service. They were just worried about who was paying the bill

My husband took his car there earlier today and we were extremely happy with the service technician but the receptionist/service advisor made the experience extremely uncomfortable. She came across as rude and bossy and micromanaged everything, even which area of the room he sat to wait at. Even when asked to go into the back to see our own car (by the mechanic) the service advisor Madison acted like it was a personal slight against her and she required to know how long he was even going to be back there, looking at our own ... read more
