Welcome to Towne Chevy in North Collins, NY! Towne has been a WNY family-owned automotive establishment since 1969. Our first dealership, Towne Lincoln-Mercury, was started by Frank Downing in June 1969 in a small strip plaza in Orchard Park. Over the years we have had the opportunity to expand our franchise portfolio to eight franchises including Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Mazda and Hyundai. We also added a Quick Lane Service Department for no appointment service needs.

We were traveling from Indiana and had an issue with our tailgate. (Kept closing and opening on its own). We stopped here to see if a mechanic could take a look and the woman in the service department said that they couldn’t look at it until 8/25/25. This was on 8/12/25. Not good service in my opinion to a chevy owner in need of help.
For a GM auto shop you would expect the mechanics to know when a vehicle has gone into limp mode
They have a nice waiting area. The specialists do good work. Of course any car dealer is expensive. The members of the staff are very helpful, considerate and polite. Appts can be made in a timely fashion for maintenance and repair. If you are looking to purchase a car, of course you can walk in without an appt.
