I lived at TowneBrookCommons for more than 2 years, it’s amazing place to live, Good size apts, very well maintained gym, pool and Barbecue area near pool. Whole complex is neat and clean. You can enjoy walking on trail. Leno is the BEST property manager I met, He is very responsive and easy to reach and clear in communication. We toured Towne Brooke Commons today with Leno, and he was absolutely lovely! The property was incredibly clean, cozy, and friendly. You can tell it’s a tight-knit community. Leno was incredibly kind and friendly, was up front about all associated costs, and even gave us recommendations for other apartment communities for us to check out. He said he’s been on the other side of the desk before and wants us to find a place regardless of if it’s at his community. We loved our time at Towne Brooke Commons! The complex is beautifully maintained. From the moment we met Leno he made us feel welcomed. Leno and Carlos were always available to help or answer any questions we may have had. We loved the community feel and have made some life long friends.
Leno and towne brook commons are AMAZING. This was actually my first place as an adult. The onboarding was so welcoming, the property and living space so clean and cozy and the community there is amazing. I’ve been here for three years and don’t plan on leaving! 10/10 suggest whether you’re single, have a family, or whatever your situation is. It’s truly the best and most fair pricing around. Honestly, where do I start? This has been so overdue! I moved into Towne Brooke Commons in Brookfield Connecticut five years ago. It was three years after I lost my husband, to cancer.
