Renter beware. Despite the $2,100/month price tag goes up every year, the service here is severely lacking. Winter maintenance is a major issue; the snow plowing is consistently poor. Furthermore, my electric bills have been inexplicably high compared to similar apartments. Dealing with staff is a headache. The leasing manager and maintenance team often resort to gaslighting rather than solving problems, and repairs are frequently "patched over" by someone who doesn't seem to have the proper training. 5 Stars is not enough to rate Towne Brooke. Towne Brooke is a little Slice of Heaven. I absolutely Love it here! Not only is it so Beautiful, its always clean as well. The people are amazingly sweet, kind and neighborly! Leno is truly such a good man, & a great property manger. Also Carlos was very attentive for maintenance and responded quickly. Truly best place I've ever lived. Great place, even greater people.
I’ve lived at TBC for a little over a year now and have zero complaints. The property manager, Leno, is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is always clean and very well taken care of, especially during the summer months. The neighbors are friendly, and the location is convenient. Overall, it’s a great apartment complex.
I have lived at Towne Brook Commons for almost two years. When we arrived at the community Leno showed us around. He immediately made us feel comfortable. He has a very friendly and welcoming personality. Since living here I feel very safe and comfortable. Carlos, the maintenance person, immediately responds to any of my concerns. Great and friendly staff. One of the few complexes I have lived where it actually felt like a real community. Leno and Carlos are top notch employees and neighbors. Would highly recommend this complex!
