Town Brook Commons is a beautiful property, but my experience with the management—particularly property manager Leno Nieves—has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue for me was how my dog was handled. Management knew I had a dog, knew I was moving in with my dog, and allowed me to move into the property under those circumstances. I have lived at TBC for almost eight years, I can truly say I love this community! Our property manager, Leno, is absolutely amazing. He is always incredibly helpful and works hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. The level of support he provides is unmatched! I love it here!

Renter beware. Despite the $2,100/month price tag goes up every year, the service here is severely lacking. Winter maintenance is a major issue; the snow plowing is consistently poor. Furthermore, my electric bills have been inexplicably high compared to similar apartments. ​Dealing with staff is a headache. The leasing manager and maintenance team often resort to gaslighting rather than solving problems, and repairs are frequently "patched over" by someone who doesn't seem to have the proper training. 5 Stars is not enough to rate Towne Brooke. Towne Brooke is a little Slice of Heaven. I absolutely Love it here! Not only is it so Beautiful, its always clean as well. The people are amazingly sweet, kind and neighborly! Leno is truly such a good man, & a great property manger. Also Carlos was very attentive for maintenance and responded quickly. Truly best place I've ever lived. Great place, even greater people.
