I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change for my 2021 Ford Escape at the Quick Lane there. The waiting room needs some upgrading. I have been going there for about 10 years. They no longer have a TV to watch and pass time. The seats no longer have attached table areas to set things down on. The seats and table areas were all connected. I recntly purchased my car from you and it started making a strange noise. After researching, I found out that it has engine problems. I took it to the dealership and they told me that they couldn't do anything yet because the recall wasn't official. I wanted to return the car, but they gave me 20 excuses.
