2 stars because the dominos rating only let me click certain stars. Delivery great, the way the pizza was made 3 out of 5, I asked extra spinach and that wasn’t ensured.
I normally don’t leave reviews unless I’ve had a bad experience, but I recently moved out due to a job relocation and wanted to share how much I truly loved living here. This property is part of the Work Force Housing Program, which is an amazing initiative supporting California’s working class. Edit: never got an update for that email (not a surprise- you will get ghosted if they don’t want to give you anything beyond a PR-coded message.) The lovely maintenance folks are the MVPs here. I routinely have my requests addressed within a business day. But that’s the only real highlight. Update: Sent a email regarding the ongoing construction and desire for more communication 2 weeks ago, haven’t received a response.
This apartment complex is completely in shambles. What used to be a place for community, trust, and good times, had turned into this mess of contruction and chaos. The management company would delay the contruction on everything including fixing elevators, the spa, and don't even get me started on the pool. EDIT: Now there's just fiber glass instulation laying around
This building is nothing like it used to be. Ownership and management have changed, and while the current management might be trying, the reality is that there is no control or accountability here. I’ve lived here for over years, and I am appalled by how poorly this property is being run. The property is in a filthy, neglected state.
