Love this place, a great since of community. Close to a great school. Going through some upgrades very excited to see the outcome, especially with the pool. Love living here.
I live at this property in a 2 bedroom apartment with my wife and 2 kids. Greystar property management company has been doing construction in my apartment for almost 5 weeks now. My leaving room is blocked, I had Asbestos warning in my apartment, they ruined my thanksgiving and are about to ruin my Christmas and new year. I am going above and beyond to make them finish this construction, but neither the property manager nor the contractor are being helpful. Great service
DO NOT LIVE HERE !! simply the worst place i have ever lived. the property management team is unhelpful in every way possible. moving into the place it looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. moving out and I cleaned the whole place sparkling and was charge an insane cleaning fee at move out. these people will scam you out of your security deposit no matter if you left it nice or not. Towne at Glendale is the worst place I have ever rented. I repeat DO NOT MOVE IN HERE !!
