This apartment complex is completely in shambles. What used to be a place for community, trust, and good times, had turned into this mess of contruction and chaos. The management company would delay the contruction on everything including fixing elevators, the spa, and don't even get me started on the pool. EDIT: Now there's just fiber glass instulation laying around
This building is nothing like it used to be. Ownership and management have changed, and while the current management might be trying, the reality is that there is no control or accountability here. It’s not “luxury,” it’s low-grade suffering. The appliances barely work, the walls are so thin I knew my upstairs neighbor’s entire Spotify playlist, and the smell of weed, mildew, and regret seeps through every vent like a cursed fog.
