Been living here for 4 years now, they are gated have great tenants that live here, Luella the manager is VERY nice and goes out of her way to help anyone here with anything she can. The handyman Kevin, also will actually show up the same day or immediately if you need help with anything or something breaks or just needs adjusting. Lastly the price for 2 bed and 2 bath is the most reasonable in the entire area which is why I have stayed so long, so thank you to the owners for that one Thanks, Matt
