I’ve been living in the Towne building for almost 2 years now. First and foremost, the location is amazing and I’ve been happy with my unit. However, this property uses realpage to set rents. I highly recommended doing some reading on realpage and its rent algorithm if you’re a renter in Seattle. There are multiple lawsuits against properties using this algorithm and its role in artificially increasing rents (including a Seattle specific class action suit against greystar and other landlords) and proposed legislation to spec... read more
