Anthony was so professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. He brought the dentist back in after he had left to address additional concerns I had. I told him I had to be done by 3 pm to make it to another appointment and he assisted with my check out to help the front desk administrator who was busy on a call. His kindness was a breath of fresh air. Thank I you I Anthony!
If I could give it zero stars, I would. These people are literally thieves. I had three cavities filled and according to the plan my responsibility as a patient was to pay $150.00 but no... this dentist charged me $176 which I paid on that visit plus they sent me an additional bill of $212. I went to the office to claim the difference but they made any kind of excuse not to return the difference. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this place for my family's dental needs. 100% the most unprofessional environment I have been to. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The dentist did not even do a proper initial exam on our first visit and made us come back a second time. They canceled our appointments twice and the second time the same day as our appointment when we were already in the office. terrible, in my opinion. it seems all they want to do is pick your pocket. i have insurance and am supposed to get two cleanings a year. when i showed up for my cleaning they wanted to charge me $152 and their reason was my gums needed work. i disagreed because my last dentist said there was nothing wrong with my gums.my opinion is that they take advantage of me because i am 83 years old. DISGRACEFUL IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS .
I have been a patient of Towncare Dental since I moved here from Tennessee in 2016. Their entire staff from Melissa, Tracy, Rosie, Anthony, Dr. Torres, Dr. Gonzalez to mention some they always very helpful and courteous. I have never wait a minute pass my appointment time. With all this pandemic that is going on they make you feel safe because the office is always clean and sanitize. I will recommend this office to anyone. God blessed the entire team.
